Important Notes For Packages:

Package Use Policy

Clients who purchase a 3-visit, 5-visit, or 12-visit package are required to use one visit per month.

  • Visits that are not used within the monthly timeframe are forfeited

  • Packages are designed to support consistent, ongoing care

  • Unused visits do not roll over

Email Communication Policy

Email support is available only between scheduled monthly visits.

  • Email communication is intended for brief clarification related to your current plan

  • New concerns, detailed questions, or health changes require a scheduled appointment

  • Email communication is not intended to replace appointments

A 40-minute program visit scheduled within 6 months of your last session.
Designed to help you stay aligned with your goals and maintain your progress.

  • Review and update your nutrition and herbal plan

  • Iridology check to measure improvement and fine-tune support

  • Personalized email follow-up after your visit

2. Thrive Program – $325.00

Two 45-minute program visits scheduled within 7–12 months of your last session.
Perfect for clients who need a gentle reset or to get back on track.

  • Comprehensive progress review and plan adjustments

  • Continued support through your next phase of care

Email Communication after Boost Appointments/Thrive program

Email support during a Boost appointment period/Thrive is limited and intended only for brief clarification directly related to the Boost visit.

  • Email communication is available for up to 14 days following a Boost/Thrive appointment

  • Emails are limited to short, clarifying questions

  • New concerns, ongoing support, or detailed guidance require a scheduled appointment

  • Email communication does not extend or replace regular visits

After the 14-day Boost support period, all questions require a scheduled appointment or an active monthly package.

Important Notes

  • After 12 months, any new appointment will be considered a New Client Program.

  • Missed appointments without 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full fee (applies to in-office and virtual visits).
